Thank You for Learning How to Save A Life. In the CPR and First Aid classes below you will go though a series of video and after each section there is a short quiz. The system automatically tracks you progress.

The Videos are Part 1 of your training. You are working at your own pace and modules are not timed.  Start, Stop, Pause and Review as much as you choose

For Part 2 your will meet in person with an Instructor to practice basic skills for Compressions, Breathing, use of the AED and some First Aid basics.  The Part 2 skills testing usually take about 30 Minutes.
